Here’s some food for thought.
When your training, improving eating habits or just open to trying new foods,
there’s always a sense of connection to what you eat.

This is what my astronaut food log looks like when I train and workout.

Diet changes over time, I’ve dropped foods out that bring no gain.
I like to know where my food comes from as much as possible, so I know I’m gaining actual nutrition, without wasting money.

When you include supplements into your diet ,your adding a boost o nutrition without relying on so much food.
This pushes your body to adapt and gives the body support to absorb and store key areas of anatomical function, immunity, bone health and mental cognition.

I love to eat, massive amounts of food, just like you.
In training, I push myself to eat light without over eating.
Experimenting in intimate fasting, full on meat diets to vegan.
All to know what foods are best for the long run

Improving your sleep and immunity has a strong impact to how you therapeutically engage also,
Take care of your health, routines and eating habits.
